Congratulations to Amy Swanson, proud owner of Rachmaninoff SRD. Amy and 'Rocky' won a 2008 Region 11 Top 5 in AAOTR 35-39, and were semi-finalists in the huge AATR class there also.
Congratulations again to Valerie Gravely from Phoenix, AZ. She and her new purchase Nirvana SRD are both learning how to drive: here are a few of her quotes from a recent update:
"Nirvana is now pulling pvc pipes around without any problem. It's like she always has done it....She is really settling in nicely, very calm and very relaxed... Honestly, she has not refused to do one thing we have asked yet."
A training client sent us a nice thank you note; here are excerpts: "I'd like to thank you for allowing Pretty Boy and me to train and board at Serendipity Arabians for four months. Pretty Boy has transformed under Shawn's training. For one thing, he's ride-able now, no longer kicking out when he becomes anxious. He's learned to soften at the poll, relax his jaw and yield to the bit. This is the exact training I was seeking. ...Shawn [Covert] is a gifted trainer and teacher. He has tremendous compassion for the horse and rider. ...Beyond training, Pretty Boy looks healthier than when we arrived.
